What drives contribution?
Manufacturers look to maximise contribution by increasing volume or increasing margins. LCS cleaning helps!
Faster cleaning - more time to produce.
Non-abrasive cleaning - capital equipment lasts longer.
Higher quality cleaning - reduces risk of imperfections.
Industrial byproducts and dirt are a universal problem. The solution seems simple; clean up the mess, however, traditional methods cause secondary problems:
| Problem |
Impact |
| Time consuming |
Productivity drops and/or costs increase |
Opportunity cost of cleaning time can be very high |
| Abrasive or wasteful |
Equipment is damaged, increasing rejects, rework, and cost of maintenance
Excessive water and chemicals are needed |
| Quality is damaged |
Production costs increase |
Customer loyalty is challenged |
Cryogenic Sanitisation uses dry ice pellets to remove dirt. Dry ice pellets can be used to clean delicate and sensitive equipment and surfaces where water and abrasives cannot be used. Dry ice is highly versatile; low pressures can remove polyurethane and glue, high pressures easily remove asphalt, oil, and fire damage. |
